How to use

  1. Play the song you want to measure
  2. Tap the spacebar (or button) along with the beat — one tap per beat
  3. BPM shows after 2 taps, gets more accurate with each additional tap
  4. Press “Reset” to start over for a new song

Tip: count along internally (1-2-3-4) and tap on the strong downbeats only — gives the cleanest BPM. The tool uses the median interval between taps, so a few off-beat taps don't skew the result much.
