(E)Ru dolph was un der the weath er,

he (A)had to call in sick.

So, he got on the horn to his cou sin Le roy, who (F#7)lived out in the sticks.

(A)Le roy said, “Hey, I’m on my way.” And he (B)jumped in his pick up truck.

When Le roy got to the North Pole, all the rein deer snick ered and laughed.

But San ta stepped in and said, “Just calm down, ’cause we’ve (A7)all got a job to do.

And (E)like it or not, Le roy’s in charge and he’s (B7)gon na be lead in’ (E)you.”

And it was Le roy, the red neck rein deer (A)hooked to the front of the sleigh,

He mixed (E)“Jin gle Bells” with a reb el yell and made (B7)his to ry that night.

Be fore that night was o ver,

(A)Le roy had changed their tune.

He had ’em scoot in’ a hoof on ev ’ry sin gle roof by the (F#7)light of a ne on moon.

San ta (E)wrapped his bag with a Dix ie flag, he was (A)hav in’ the time of his life.
