Too late

to save my self from (C)fall

I took a chance

and changed your way of life.

But you mis read

my mean ing when I (F)met you.

Closed the door

and left me blind ed

by the light.

Don’t let the sun go (C)down on me.

Al though I search my self, it’s al ways (D7)some one else I see.

I’d just al low a frag ment of your (F)life

to wan der free.

But (F)los ing ev ’ry thing is like the (Dm)sun (C)go (F)ing (C)down (F)on (C)me.

I can’t find,

oh, the right ro (C)man tic line.

But see me once

and see the way I feel.

Don’t dis card me

just be cause you think I mean you harm.

But these cuts I have,

oh, they need (C)love

to help them (G)heal.
